We finally decided to upgrade our laundry room that was long overdue. It was an empty room except for a washer and dryer, very little storage capability and lacked enormous functionality of the space available and wasn’t pleasant to look at either. It was unfinished, very plain needed a lot of help.

Ryan and the office staff were also extremely informative and helpful from the initial contact, scheduling, answering questions, phone calls, follow-up text messages and even billing, they made it easy during the entire process. We also had time restraints for the project and availability due to my work schedule, but they accommodated us every step of the way and took care of everything. It was an extremely easy process backed by a fully capable staff.

After a few short, anticipated weeks, the result has left us speechless! We are in awe of the amazing care and transformation that our installer Kharoumi Wallace has done in upgrading and beautifying our home that will last a lifetime for us to enjoy. His craftsmanship and attention to detail was exceptional and truly amazing. He was very respectful of our home and demonstrated excellence in the work he was doing. Excellent! From start to finish! This company is truly the best closet company! I tell everyone- their prices aren’t the cheapest but you get what you pay for. They are quality from the design, to the planning & the installation. More than worth it!! Great customer service is hard to find these days and they still have it! They are organized & professional. And they come and call when they say they will! We had a very large project, 4 contracts. Megan D. is great. She helped with designing it all (multiple spaces) and making sure the scheduling was all done to our timely needs to move into our new home. We had many installers but Brent & Dennis are the best! They are a great team. They did what a team of 4 people did in less time! They were professional, reliable, and extremely efficient. They worked hard and got my job completed perfectly! Brent is a perfectionist. He would point out to me quality issues before I even saw it and he made sure it was rectified in the best quickest way (with my job size of course there’s some manufacturing issues but they made it as seamless as possible). Dennis worked very hard to install drawers multiple times to make sure they open & closed perfectly! They truly are perfectionist!! And no matter how hard they worked, they always had a smile on their face. Management was great as well. Overseeing & making sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction.
