Please do not get involved with this group! I purchased some cabinets through a cabinet company and to be honest they are OK, nothing special. I may have gotten the same price if I had them done custom. But that is not the issue. I visited the site as one of the drawers came in damaged. Upon opening the package we noticed that there was a dent on the drawer. So I needed to have that one single piece exchanged. I spoke to the lady at the front who was abrupt and curt and immediately said that they do not deal with customers directly, which is not true. She then said that she would take me to the manager (Yao) he did not introduce himself, did not greet me and my kids and basically started arguing with me in front of my kids. I asked my kids to step away. He asked me who did I buy the cabinets from and I said the name and he asked why isn't he doing the return, I explained that he is out of the area working. All legitimate questions. He then proceeded on denying me the exchange based on the fact that he did not do business with me directly. Which is very untrue. The final designs of the cabinets were done by one of previous staff member (he was awesome) but no longer there and I made checks payable to his company. I think that links me to his company. Bottom line, If you are the homeowner as I am in this case they will not help you in any way. You will be informed by the team to go to the person that sold you the product. Which makes all the sense in the world, only if that company is available. Otherwise you are SOL. Customer service is just not helpful in anyway and very unpleasant but they take on the managers personality. Then you have the manager, "Yao", he does not understand our culture and we obviously do not understand him completely. I have been left with no other choice but to speak to the BBB and to city commerce for that city. In the meantime, do not get involved, you will pay the same as custom cabinets because they charge you for everything and do not stand by their products. Brand new bathroom cabinet. Bottom drawer fell off its rails so it sits crooked. The rail system is so flimsy and complicated. It is overdesigned and cheap. Not a good combination. I built my own airplane and built my own house and had difficulty figuring out why the rails were so difficult to fix. They are designed for easy assembly but not for maintenance or fixing. Also, in one cabinet, the "craftsman" missed nailing one of the drawers and once you open it you can see a nail coming through the wood!!!
