My husband and I have a side business we run from our home. We send in a lot of product, multiple times a week. Every time we enter this location, we’re greeted with eye rolls and sarcasm about the frequency of our visits and the amount of product we ship. We try to be kind and pleasant during our visits, but are still met with annoyance. We’ve worked hard to optimize our packaging so it’s fits within the shipping guidelines of the store as a convenience to the employees, and we’re still treated with disdain every visit. We label each of our packages at home to provide less work for the employees and are still somehow their enemy, with comments like “you again? You just came yesterday”, or “we always groan when we see you pull up”. It’s very off-putting as a regular customer. With our level of frequency to this location, we’d hoped to develop positive relationships with the employees, but have come up short.
