Hello, if any of you are looking for an amazing to take your jewelry for any repairs (regardless of scope of repair), avoid this place at all cost! My wife has a rather small necklace that suffered a small (2mm) break that a small solder could have repaired with flying colors. Not only did I hand over this item three weeks ago, each time I tried contacting they obliged me with a “we’ll get right on it, sir.” I gave sufficient patience to the establishment being that they are highly reguarded in DeKalb County as THE PREMIER place to take higher-end material. They not only blew me away with the lack of care, but the utter disrespect to show how they forget of people who are willing to pay their hard earned money. Drop off date: 03/26/2021 Ready date: 04/07/2021 Picked up: 04/14/2021 The item was not even ready when I picked up! Took them a while to locate the jewelry piece, which made me slightly concerned as it isn’t a child’s toy I am having repaired, it’s a costly piece of jewelry I am looking to have professionally repaired. Almost seemed like the tossed it in a drawer and forgot all about some of the pieces. Their “junk drawer,” if you will. I understand businesses cannot be perfect, however when you open the repair conversation with the highest of hopes and promises, I do not expect anything less than that was stated in the beginning. Honestly, if he had stated this would be at least three weeks I would have respected the honesty and moved on!

D&D is the best jewelry store I’ve ever gone to. I have purchased many items including Pandora charms, Sterling Silver rings etc. They do so much more for me though! They’ve replaced my watch batteries (and then cleaned the watch for free) many times. They have cleaned and resized my white gold rings so that I can wear them again. Removed links out of my husband’s watch so that it fit properly. They call me when items go on sale that they know I like - who does that for you? But most importantly- they treat you with kindness and respect. They smile at you and have eye contact with you- that takes any uneasiness away about leaving your jewelry with them. Their prices are very reasonable and think it’s the best place to go to buy a fine piece of jewelry for that special person in your life! (Hope my husband is reading this 😜) They have everything from small purchases to that custom engagement ring and so much more! I recommend them to everyone where I work (large company) and don’t hesitate because I know they will be as happy as I am with their purchases....

Great experience! I had just had my wedding set looked at by D&D because I could feel a chip. They took the good diamonds & made a pinky ring, so cute. By chance I was given an unwanted wedding set. I had taken a piece of my grandmother's jewelery with me as well & said I want them to design a new ring. I want the center of the new ring to match the necklace & use the stones from the unwanted set. They sent pictures of a design for my approval. I wasn't thrilled & said I wanted a couple of changes. They made the changes & re-sent for my approval. I approved right away. 3 weeks later I picked up the most beautiful ring ever!! Fantastic to work with making sure I was happy.
