I just have to give a huge shoutout to Ruby's Asian Market! This charming little store might be small, but the passion and kindness of the owners really shine through. During my visit today, I witnessed a touching moment that perfectly captures their spirit. One of the owners stepped outside to hold the door open for an elderly woman, warmly welcoming her in and helping her find what she needed. It was such a beautiful display of care and consideration!

I've been a regular at Ruby's, and every time my husband and I stop by, we’re greeted with a friendly smile and exceptional service. The owners are always upbeat and ready to assist, making each visit a joy!

The store is a treasure trove of Asian delights, offering a fantastic variety of items! From countless noodle flavors to frozen treats, teas, ramune, sauces, and so much more, it's truly a noodle lover's paradise! I can see NIU students flocking here for their ramen cravings!

This local asian market has a good selection of noodles, drinks, sauces and non perishable ingredients, and snack aisle with candy and snacks. They also have a freezer section with some fish, frozen dumplings/buns, fridge section with kimchi, tofu, and more. They also have some loose leaf tea, and various other non edible products!

Do make sure to check the expiration dates on the sensitive products when you buy them. Ive purchased tofu here that was expired when I bought it unfortunately without realizing.

Owners are really friendly and nice and transparent about stocking issues or deliveries if you notice a product has gone missing or prices have changed.

We love the sweet chili bottles they stock here and the dumpling sauce. Their hours can be a bit short on some days so make sure you check if they are open when you think about going.

A variety of soy sauces are available as well as a huge selection of other sauces such as fish sauce, oyster sauce, black bean sauce. Huge variety of noodles for any dish you could possibly imagine. Rides are available in many sizes up yo 20 pound bags. They have a wide variety of bot packaged and fresh mixes such as kimchee base. They usually have fresh lemongrass, Thai birds eye chilies, galangal and Thai sweet basil. There is a large selection of frozen fish, including sushi grade tuna, seafood and prepared dumplings.
