Liked the work at Hunt's so much, I went back for another project - 5 stars again: New Review / Different project - Bar Stools: Hunt’s Upholstery & Interiors never ceases to amaze. I had obtained a couple of 30+ year old bar chairs that were built solidly, but the vinyl upholstery was far past its prime. I took my two countertop barstools and 2 smaller barstools to see what they would recommend. Jessica was very helpful in selecting the material. I provided pictures of the room in which the chairs would be situated, and she immediately came out with a beautiful leather to compliment the darker wood frame. And an added bonus, there was material left to use the leather on the smaller barstools as well. I cannot contain my delight with the final results! Jerry had called me directly to let me know his concern that the material would not stay if he used the same double roll design. He recommended using decorative nail tacks to secure the material and updating the design which would be beautiful, sturdy and long lasting. Wow – I’m over the moon with how they turned out! It brightens up the entire living area and more cushion gives more comfort. I recently hosted a party at my home and received so many compliments on the chairs! I couldn’t be happier. I have no hesitation in recommending Hunt’s Upholstery & Interiors. They are the best! I recently had the unfortunate experience of using Hunts Upholstery & Interior in Deland, FL for car detailing, and I honestly don't even know where to begin. The customer service I received was absolutely atrocious. I went in hoping for a simple and professional service, but instead, I was left feeling completely disrespected and utterly frustrated. The staff was not only rude but also dismissive when I expressed concerns about my car’s detailing job.

It got so bad that I almost cried because of how unprofessional and careless they were. They took way longer than promised, and when I received my car, it wasn’t even close to the level of quality I was expecting. There was no apology, no accountability, and no effort to resolve the situation. It’s hard to believe a business that’s supposed to provide customer service could treat their clients this poorly.

Save yourself the headache and don’t waste your time or money here. I would never, ever recommend Hunts Upholstery & Interior to anyone. Extremely...

Owner said "GET THE _ OUT!!!" Extremely disappointed with the owner after work performed on our boat seat. We left it there for 3 weeks to have recovered, wasn't the best job, but we took it. We tried to put it on the boat this weekend and heard the hardware inside hit the bottom of the bolster. Took it back and the owner said leave it, I will fix it in 3 weeks. When we objected to the time frame and standing behind your work he said "GET THE ______OUT!" I could tolerate leaving it for a week, as we only use it on the weekends, but 3 weeks to fix what you didn't do right the first time. And then...
