We had our youngest daughter's birthday here back in March. The pricing was good (or so I thought) and the kids had a good time however knowing what I know now if I came back here (and that's a big IF) I'd specify certain things before booking. Our table was set up in the walkway so we seemed to be in peoples way the whole time which was really annoying. The attendant that was overseeing our party was not very attentive and on multiple occassions I had to hunt her down to get service. In the description of the birthday package it stated they would handle the setup, clean up, and if requested the decorations as well (you provided the decorations). I came in the night before to book everything, place my food order, drop of the decorations and request that they were hung up and set up when we arrived, and to pay. When I arrived the day of the party the guy up front had no idea who I was, what I was here for, where my paperwork was with my food order or anything. Then to top it off the party decorations were half done (the half that was done kept falling down that after an hour or so of continuing to fix them I just took them all down) and the plates, napkins, cups, etc. were just sitting on the table still in their packaging so I was setting up when my guests arrived. Then they brought all of our food out at the same time so most of the stuff was cold by the time we got to it. Overall if I were coming here just to bowl I'd probably come back but I don't think I'll ever book another event here after...
Read moreThis bowling alley is really unique and affordable. Obviously family owned and very unpopulated, even on a busy night, which is something I appreciate. However, the workers they hire lack customer service. I have been almost five times in the last couple weeks and the only good customer service I have received is the lady with red hair and the lady with short gray hair(I don't know their names) but they both were prompt to assist me and my fiancé when we arrived, explained the menu board and pricing and asked us how to spell our names; not just inputting what they think it may be into the computer. They don't wear any type of uniform or name tags so it is difficult to tell who actually works there unless they're standing behind a counter. Lastly, we chose to bowl in the VIP section a few nights ago(which I highly recommend) but my fiancé went to get me some water and he went to the bar and politely asked if he could have a glass of water and the bartender, Anthony, was rude and said "could you say please next time?????" Very unappreciated and felt very awkward the rest of the time we were bowling. It threw us both off for the rest of the night. Otherwise, it is a nice, clean place with a good atmosphere....
Read moreWe just had my adult daughter’s birthday party here on Sunday, 4/27/25. It was awesome! About 20-25 of us. The lanes were clean, plenty of bowling balls in a variety of colors & weight to choose from as well as easy to read screens of everyone’s bowling turns, and scores.
It was so much fun! The staff were friendly, including Dustin, the incredible bar tender! The food from Rachel’s Wings in front of the Bowling place, is the best! The wings, the onion rings, tators, fried mushrooms, and more, was fabulous! And let me not forget the burgers! I had the Southwest that had cheese and jalapeños, cooked perfect and juicy! So if you like to bowl ( note: they have pool tables too) and want scrumptious food with it, then this is the place for you and your family & friends. This place is definitely on my...
