Bought our van through Mobility Works. Totally went down hill from there. Had an Evap leak which they said they could fix but never did. It needed a part which we paid for in advance. After getting the run around, we took it to Billion Toyota and they fixed it. They, (billion Toyota) tried to coordinate with Mobility Works but they wouldn't call back. Our ramp now would not always go down. We got an estimate and the lady said it would be thousands of dollars to fix and that the ramp needed to be replaced. Unacceptable. I didn't want to take the van to a shop in the twin cities. (2.5 hour drive one way) By chance I found R&R Mobility. They got us in quickly and had it fixed within a couple hours. (they discovered it was a module. Simple fix). R&R has been around Sioux Falls for close to 25 years. The guys who answer the phone also fix them. No run around talk, just results.
