Matrix Window Tinting & Restyling proves once again they are the best in the business.

My truck’s windows were originally tinted by them in January 2017 and after 7.5 years the film started distorting. I did not think much of it aside from the film did the job and ready for replacement. Chris and Eric scheduled me for today at 1:00pm and by 1:30pm they had stripped, cleaned, and tinted the front windows. I should mention this is their normal business model as I’ve had them tint quite a few vehicles over the last 10+ years and they are always meticulous, timely, and on schedule with all their work.

The part I was not expecting and pleasantly surprised about…when I pulled out my credit card and ready to pay for their services, they said it’s covered under warranty and nothing was owed.

I would have given 5 stars, but there was a slight scheduling issue. At first, I was just going to get my front two windows tinted... was given a day and time... then I messaged back and said I wanted to do all around.. they said ok but we need to change the day/time because that takes longer--as expected. So my hubby took it on the designated day.. and the guy said it was just for the front two windows... (I was on the phone with my hubby at the time).. I told them I could send the whole conversation and that we had rescheduled for a different day and time to do the whole truck. I called Eric at Matrix because I wanted my car to stay cooler in the summer and add a little privacy to what's inside. He talked me through all my options and the pricing of each. He knew what products would stand the test of time, what his customers liked, and the legal rating of tint I could get away with in Maryland and Delaware. He was able to schedule me within a few days. I waited in the lobby and they were finished under their quoted time. They were thorough in explaining the after care while the tint dried, hooked me up with some glass cleaner, and I couldn't be happier with the result! 100% recommend to anyone who wants a sharp...
