Not a good experience. Drove 90 mins to get to this place because they were highly recommended. Sales people are really friendly, but that's about all they got right. Picked out what we wanted and made a second 90 min trip to pay for and pick up what was in. Some of the items were back ordered, and we were told they'd be in "by the end of the month". Received a call 2 weeks later saying one item was in, and that the other item was BEING ORDERED that day, and would be another 6-8 weeks. Since waiting 3 months for a chair that was paid for was not acceptable or convenient, we made a 3rd, 90 min trip to pick up our couch, and SETTLED on a different chair that was in stock, to avoid another trip. We would've waited for the ordered chair, but they were not willing to deliver where we lived, and would not FedEx it. No big deal, got the alternate chair, couch, and thought we were done. Wrong. Got home, Unpacked the items into the living room. After unwrapping the couch we waited for, found out it was the WRONG COLOR! Called them the next day to try and remedy the situation, and was pretty much told that we were crazy, and the difference in their fluorescent lighting and our natural lighting was the issue. Sorry, but fluorescent bulbs don't turn a brown couch light blue in a showroom. The difference was VERY pronounced. We had pictures in our phone that we took in their showroom, and in our home that we had to email to them. They still did not want to admit fault. They told us that our phone camera somehow distorted the colors, and that they only stocked the one color. Because, you know, the supplier COULDN'T have sent you the wrong one. Note to self, unwrap the 4 layers of plastic BEFORE you bring it home. In the end, the manager contacted the owner about the situation and sent him/her the email with the pictures that we had, showing the stark contrast. They denied taking the furniture back, because my dog was in the picture of the wrong couch in our house, and, "they don't take returns from people with pets". The couch was a day old. At least I didn't have to make a 4th, 90 min trip. Luckily, we have found a buyer for the furniture, and are recouping most of our hard earned dollars. Starting furniture shopping AGAIN this week. Read moreLove this Store and the mattress we purchased (Stern and Foster Lux Estate in the medium) the only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because it was very odd and uncomfortable to not be able to breath with out the store associate (that I guess was assigned to us?) being RIGHT THERE. It was our first time in the store and we wanted to take our time and look around and just felt hovered over the whole time it was given me anxiety so we got want we went there to look for and got out of there to get away from the hovering associate that was following us around. We will definitely come back and will be a little more firm with letting the associates know we are fine and are looking around and comfortably take our time to look and not stand and talk about every single piece of furniture we look at. We didn't have all day to be doing that and luckily found a great mattress with great quality and price and there is so much to choose from since this store is very large. I would suggest for store associates to see if customers or shoppers would like a tour or if they are wanting to look around on thier own. There are plenty of associates there to be available for questions or could direct you to an associate that may be open if they have time instead of having associates follow the customers around and hovering. Read moreWe purchased a sectional just over a year ago and wanted a leather product with kids and being the main living room furniture. We asked for high quality as we would have went fabric for far cheaper knowing we would have to replace from wear and tear. We decided to listen to our sales rep and bought a southern comfort sectional. Within a year we had peeling on one seat and arm rest. They were great and got it replaced under warranty. 6 months later we had a controller and another section start peeling. We purchased there care kit which was to extend the coverage for the leather, turns out it only covers tears. Its not to protect and keep the leather conditioned to keep it from peeling so its not covered by anything. Very frustrated to have purchased a pricey sectional anf now have a giant peeling area after only a year and half with no solution other then paying to have them fix it.
