I am very particular about my hats. It takes a lot to please me and I am always on the search for “the perfect” hat. I sent a photo to Davis Clothing Company of a hat I saw in a picture and told them I wanted that exact hat. I received a reply very quickly and after several communications to dial in the details I received my hat in the mail today and it was in fact exactly what I asked for! It will be replacing my old worn out summer hat which was much needed. My hats get worn and worked hard on the farm, carpentry work and in the woods with a pack on my back! I know it’s a copy of another man’s hat but again, it is exactly what I asked for and fits perfectly! Costumer service was excellent from start to finish I could not ask for a better experience and ending product! I was in Delta for lunch last week and one CANNOT go to Delta without stopping in Davis Clothing Company! Somehow, I always leave with a silk scarf...hmmm? This go 'round, I was looking for a dress vest just to wear around as I'm re-entering my youth vest era again....hehe. Rinnah Howard welcomed me in and immediately asked how she could assist. Not finding the exact size or color, she jumped on the interwebs and showed me what she could order to satisfy. My vest era has now begun...emerald green and paisley. What a way to kick it off! This store and staff is top notch!! I have searched far and wide for a cowboy hat that fits right to no avail. I was recommended this store so I gave it a shot. I was greeted by Rena ( I apologize if spelled incorrectly ) and not only is she carrying on her families awesome store ( 4th generation ), but delivering such warm customer service. She led me to a hat that suited me , was patient with me trying on my fair share of hats, and then custom shaped my hat for me exactly as I hoped it would be.
