I ordered an arrangement from this florist, am hugely upset with product. I told this woman I wanted something Christmas looking for a sympathy. I was told it would have red carnations in it and I asked for her to add three white lilies. It arrived with only 3 white illies. Also she argued with me saying that I was recorded and that I only asked for the lilies and no other cut flowers. She must have listened to the recording, called me back and wanted to go to the home of an elderly man who just lost his wife to add the flowers, I said "no" that she was no going into his home to fix it. She first asked that the arrangement be brought back to her and she would charge a $10 delivery fee to bring it back out when it was her mistake.I called back to request a refund and was hung up on. It was no larger than a salad plate for $75. Shameful. I was sent a photo of the arrangement by the family because they knew what I had spent on it and it was not close to a $75 product. I frequently order flowers for friends and family out of town and never have had an issue with other florists delivering a decent product. I was not offered a replacement delivered to the home without being charged, which would have been the right thing for her to do Additional post, this florist just called me and went out to the house of my elderly family member when I asked her not to bother him while he was napping.and called me a psychopath!!!! Good job woman, you are the person who again can't follow instructions with my order and my request to NOT go to his house. Who's the psycho here??? Did you really have to tell me not to order from you again. I've never been talked to so rudely by anyone. Now you have your overpriced arrangement back so you can bilk someone else. Found Blossom Bokay on line last week and gave them a call as I needed a memorial service arrangement. I spoke with Christina, the owner. She was very helpful and friendly and answered all my questions about timeframes and delivery for Blossom Bokay. I was satisfied and said I would stop by on Thursday.

Upon arriving at the shop I was promptly greeted by Christina with a hello and smile. She remembered our call from a couple days earlier and was ready to help me with a selection. I mentioned an arrangement on their website, which she quickly pulled up and reviewed. She asked about budget, colors and other needs. I told her this was for a great golfing buddy and asked if she could come up with some type of golf theme to add in. Christina began throwing out ideas and I said surprise us. Well, she did just that with her creative talents and went above and beyond to search out some mini flags and golf balls to add to this special arrangement. When we all saw it the next evening we were truly amazed and received several positive comments on it. I would highly recommend Blossom Bokay for any of your floral needs and if you don't see what you need, just ask and I'm sure Christina and her creativity will help you out.

I went directly to the florist because I have heard and read how the national online florists take advantage of the local florists. Charging a lot but giving a reduced amount to the local florist who has to do all the work. So you don't always get what you see in the picture online. As I was going to get flowers for a friend's funeral, I certainly didn't cherish the thought of being embarrassed with a shoddy arrangement.

I was very pleased with the customer service. The lady in the store was friendly when I walked in. I explained to her that I needed flowers for a funeral but was unsure what to get exactly. She showed me some pictures so as to get an idea. I picked out a stand of flowers but she explained to me those flowers are not in bloom right now so probably would not be as showy.

Then she allowed me to walk into the cooler to see the flowers she had and could use. She also suggested a nice white basket with a large hoop over top to make the arrangement more fuller and larger looking.

When, I went to the funeral the next day, I saw the two baskets I had ordered and they...
