A 1 star review for this establishment is an overstatement. I came in one day to purchase a rigid power tool. I purchased the item and started charging the battery with my car inverter before i left the property to confirm that the power tool worked properly. Once the battery was charged i popped it in to the power tool and the tool did not work. So i went back in to the store and politely told the young employee that the tool did not work and that i would like a refund. The young man quickly responded by saying that there are no returns. He grabbed the power tool looked at the serial code and then stated that this was not the power tool he sold me and that i must of switched the power tool for another one. At this point i was furious that the employee would make this claim about me and was grateful i had someone with me as a witness. I asked to speak with the manager and they told me that the sherrifs department was on their way to handle the situation. 15 mins later the manager looks at the tool and sees the serial code that was on their file , turns out the tool was a 2 piece set with 2 different serial numbers that were sold to me. Once the disrespectful employee saw the mistake they had made , he kept his head down gave me a refund and did not apologies for the horrible experience i had there. Not very knowledgeable brought in a belt sander and their first words were wow that's ancient. It was brand new first time out of the box with the serial number dating 2022. Then they sell all these guns for a pretty high price but my gen4 g22 glock wasn't worth anything because it had a grip and he would have to take the grip off because people like it clean. I went in and sold something and the woman who works there was taking care of me ..
