My Galaxy phone fell and the USB connection port broke.

I called MetroPCS and was referred to Phone Surgeons on Howland Blvd.

I called and Weston said come on in.

I did and within minutes he said I don't have the part on hand but I can order it for you.

I paid for the part and FEDEX delivery and was told it will be a few days.

It was just that, a few days. I called, because I was anxious to have my phone working, and Jordan answered and said yes it just came in.

Ok I can be there in about 15 mins.

Once there Weston knew who I was, and said it will take about an hour to replace.

I asked if he could check, since he would be looking at the inside, to see if everything else was good and he said of course.

I came back in an hour and it was ready.

I am so thankful the MetroPCS lady referred me to them. You couldn't ask for a nicer, courteous, thorough group of people, and reasonably priced.

Our puppy chewed thru my husband's OtterBox case on his phone. Reasonable repairs was closed on Monday and I wanted the phone fixed ASAP so I brought it somewhere else. .. I ended up leaving with my phone from the unamed competitor because 1. Their prices were high and 2. I did not feel comfortable leaving a $1000 product with them overnight.

I am so SO glad I waited for reasonable repairs to be open and brought my business to them instead. I felt very safe leaving my phone with this repair shop while parts were ordered overnight. Phone is brand new again for a great price.

I also changed several of my phones screen protectors with reasonable repairs. I was charged $70 at Verizon and they left bubbles on my screen that never went away. reasonable repairs had screen protectors for under $30 he installed with no bubbles.

First time I brought a phone in he did an amazing job replacing the digitizer on my Huawei. After taking somewhere else 2 other times. Last time I brought in 2 phones to get looked at, he told me my iPhone had a bad motherboard. So my Samsung needed a charging port replaced, he told me the screen went bad as he repaired it, so I had it replaced. He then tells me that the new screen is glitching and I'd be better off getting a new phone. So I went and bought a new charging port myself and went to replace it and parts inside my phone were missing. The phone worked before I brought it in, although it had slight water damage, it also charged after wiggling to the right spot and using a rubber band, now it does nothing, so I took it apart and sure enough right away I can see something was missing.
