They just opened, and I know that alot of the staff probably are brand new, but I was overcharged when I went here. Went to the grand opening, ordered 2 plates which has 1 side and 2 entrees each.. Told them I wanted fried rice and a double order of shrimp for both which they gave me. Problem is, I realized when I got home that they charged me for a "bigger plate" which is the larger portion that is supposed to be 3 entrees and 1 side. That's not what I got or asked for. I'm guessing the guy that boxed the food wrote the wrong thing on the box and the cashier charged me for what he wrote... He seemed new, the cashier was experienced. I should have caught it at the time but there was alot going on.
The shrimp is good... The fried rice is extremely bland. It seems like none of these places put any seasoning in the rice at all. They also do not have the beyond chicken which is a bad thing for people looking for more plant based options.. Yet other stores in the area have that. They seemed like they were not going to be getting the beyond chicken at all.

I went in with my 2 daughters to eat and sat down at a booth to wait for another family member to come and eat together. We weren’t even sat down for 10 min and a manager came up to us to ask us what we were doing. Mind you my daughters were well behaved and quiet and the dining room had sufficient vacant tables for other people to sit. I asked,”Why? Is there something wrong?”. The manager has the audacity to say we were loitering and that if we weren’t going to order food that we had to leave. When we only spent 10 min sitting down waiting for our other family member to arrive. I’ve been in many establishments and other Panda Express and never had a manager do that. My children are respectful and polite. Plus there was only a few ppl in the restaurant with many seating still available. If we saw that there was no seating available we would have waited outside and let ppl sit. We decided to leave and not do our business with them. Went to the drive thru sat in line at 6:45, took all the way till 7:07 just to get to the ordering stand (only 1 lane open not both) told them I had a mobile order and they said pull up, I pulled up and they said they can't find my order even tho my app says it was completed at 6:48pm. They asked what I ordered and I showed them on my app (meanwhile I now have a screaming 1 yr old in the backseat) they closed the drive thru window he was screaming so bad. It is now 7:19pm and the guy tossed the food to us not even in a bag and closed the window. Well I didn't get what I ordered or paid for! They gave me smalls and I ordered mediums. I will be disputing the charges with my bank. I tried calling immediately to speak to a manager and no one would answer the phone. I'm still getting texts that my order is ready for pick up.
