The Chipotle at the Howland Blvd and Forest Edge intersection in Deltona is an absolute disaster, and it’s all about the location. Whoever thought plopping a busy fast-food joint in the middle of a residential neighborhood needs a reality check. This spot is a traffic nightmare—Howland Blvd is already a congested, two-lane mess, and the city’s decision to allow this development without expanding the road is pure insanity. Traffic reports back this up; it’s a bottleneck waiting to happen. To make matters worse, they demolished a neighborhood home for this? It’s heartbreaking to see Deltona’s charm bulldozed for such a poorly planned setup. Avoid this location unless you enjoy sitting in traffic and watching...
