Subway — Restaurant in Deltona

I went to Subway this afternoon and I purchased two protein bowls and two halves for my kids. I always request fresh mozzarella because of dietary restrictions. The protein bowl reflected there was no traces of the usual mozzarella. When I called the store both Alexis and Jackson told me I was unaware of the food in front of myself and that they clearly placed the mozzarella along with provolone and additional cheeses inside. I asked Jackson how that was possible considering the thiness of the consistency in the melted cheese. The upcharge for the mozzarella was an additional reason why I was reporting the mozzarella shortage. The associates advised that there was nothing they could do but charge me more. I normally appreciate Subway but the service received over a 40 dollar order due to some cheese is a loss of revenue in business. The picture below shows the discrepancy of difference in mozzarella. Having an issue calling the store on a Sunday night at 9:30Pm store indicates on front door and website that they close at 10PM, when I arrive at 9:50 I see a male and female staff member with the lights off, locked doors putting food away and ignoring the fact that I was trying to gain their attention because I called before leaving so that I didn’t waste my time it seems like false advertisment and customer service is the thing here. Me and my African American husband went in to get major sandwiches. A new young caucasian guy was screaming at my husband saying "I don't know what you are saying" to prepare a simple footlong. Then we requested another employee, and the second employee along with a family member whom was eating sitting down. Was sarcastic & condescending acting like we were getting a FREEBIE. We just ended waking out on the unattentive rude employees. If you're African American or non-white please don't shop or give numbers to this franchise.
