I went to Subway this afternoon and I purchased two protein bowls and two halves for my kids. I always request fresh mozzarella because of dietary restrictions. The protein bowl reflected there was no traces of the usual mozzarella. When I called the store both Alexis and Jackson told me I was unaware of the food in front of myself and that they clearly placed the mozzarella along with provolone and additional cheeses inside. I asked Jackson how that was possible considering the thiness of the consistency in the melted cheese. The upcharge for the mozzarella was an additional reason why I was reporting the mozzarella shortage. The associates advised that there was nothing they could do but charge me more. I normally appreciate Subway but the service received over a 40 dollar order due to some cheese is a loss of revenue in business. The picture below shows the discrepancy of difference in mozzarella.
