Main Street Muzic — Local services in Dennis

If you've ever read any of my other reviews then you'd know how much value I place on customer service. This in not the biggest music store in the area. HOWEVER, it is the first place that I will go if I need something related to musical instruments. The level of customer service that you can expect at Main Street Muzic is above and beyond other music retailers in the area. Seriously, why go to a store that's going to treat you like an inconvenience? Why go somewhere that's not going to act like they appreciate your business? Main Street Muzic is a place you can go for people with a friendly attitude that have the skills and knowledge to help you, as well as treat you with respect and patience, regardless of your music ability or level...

Met the owner Allan several times and he's a cool dude. The place is small but potent, There's always something that's not only new to see when I stop by, but just as likely something I've never seen before. I mean guitars mostly, but amps and effects too, most of the stuff you'd find in the larger music stores - quite a selection, in all price ranges, and it changes constantly. We just stopped in to browse, but walked out with happy purchases. The owner Allen (Alan?) was funny, personable and really knew his stuff! The whole experience was a joy.
