Well, just needed a couple of basic blue strobes, which I found pretty easily. Went up to the checkout counter to close out, and Paul was in a heated discussion with another customer about not knowing about the product that the other customer was asking about. The guy then went to go look again himself for a different solution on the shelves. I asked Paul if I could check out with him, to which he abruptly replied, "No." Then went back to staring at his computer screen. I asked him if I needed to wait for him, or go to the will call counter, to which his response was to point backwards toward the call center staff and said, "Go stare at them." Jim got up and immediately walked up to another register to help me. Unfortunately this isn't the first problem I've had here, and this kind of thing is why I'll be finding a different supply shop...

Unfortunately some of the items that I had requested on a quote were lost in translation, some of it my fault, some of it their fault, however we all make mistakes and the bid was due and had to be taken care of. I was able to go to the local Denver location and sit down one-on-one with Anna and she helped to resolve the issue. She was very kind, understanding, and made zero excuses! I walked away extremely satisfied and more knowledgeable because of the time she spent to understand the project needs and her patients! Constantly short staffed, very little in the way of customer service, and the managers prefer to kick you to the equally incompetent corporate line rather than take the time to assist you with even the most basic of requests.
