I was excited to try a new salon after not being able to have nail polish for almost two years. My nails are weak and brittle, so I wanted a protective option that wouldn’t be harmful. I reached out before booking an appointment and asked about their gel form to add length without the damage of extensions. The staff replied with their recommendation of services and I booked exactly what they advised.

Upon arriving, I informed the staff I was a new client, explained my preferences and confirmed the additional structure service I scheduled would help with the shape and length of my nails. The tech affirmed without asking any additional clarifying questions.

I was an hour into my service when the tech informed me I hadn’t booked the correct service and she wouldn’t be adding any length to my shortened and buffed nails. I informed her I scheduled my appointment after discussing my preferences with their staff and requested she review the conversation. Sure enough, it was a “miscommunication.” They tried to force Gel X extensions since the tech only had limited time remaining before her next appointment, which I refused given the harm to my natural nails.

Instead of owning their mistake and letting me leave with a clear gel coat (super extravagant, I know), they wasted another 30 minutes of my time removing the gel and the top layer of my nails “so they wouldn’t have to charge me.” I left with my nails looking worse than they did before visiting iNail Salon.

This experience was extremely disappointing, especially as a first time client. I understand miscommunications happen but I won’t tolerate the absence of accountability for their mistake. I will not be returning and recommend anyone looking for a new spot to...

I’ve had an incredible experience at this nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the friendly staff. Booking an appointment was a breeze, whether online, in person, or over the phone. The salon itself is stunning, with a modern and clean design that immediately caught my eye.

One of the things I loved was the fresh air in the salon. Unlike other salons, there was no overwhelming chemical smell. I was impressed by their attention to cleanliness, the place was spotless, they also used liners in the tubs and diligently sanitized their tools.

Now, let's talk about the pedicure. It was one of the best I have ever had! The mask and the hot stone massage made my feet feel young again.

Their skilled technicians are well-versed in modern techniques and can create any design. I was thrilled by the expertise and attention to detail of my technician. Jessica and the tram made my experience truly exceptional.
