I visited this Taco Bell location roughly once a week for a year while I lived in the area. During that time, nothing changed from the below review.
If you visit this location when it's not busy, you shouldn't have any problem with your food or wait times.
If you visit during a busy time, USE THE DRIVE-THRU. This store prioritizes the drive-thru customers (because that's the metric they're judged on more than inside service time) over anything else. I have witnessed a line of 5 people waiting for orders inside and not getting anything passed out for 10-15 minutes because of being swamped in the drive-thru.
They are "understaffed" and have been for a whole year. I believe this is by design because management won't hire another staff member during the day shift (I never visited during dinner/late, so I can't say about that). The guy who normally takes orders in the window will always ask people to use the order kiosks in the lobby because they basically can't afford to lose a drive-thru person to take in-person orders.
Now, I find that the kiosks are perfectly fine to use and you can place your entire order on them and pay in cash- it seems like a lot of older folks just refuse to use the kiosk when it would actually have been faster to use it than to wait for a cashier, but that's really on them and not entirely the store.
I only once had an issue with my food (onions not being left off of a burrito) in the year I was there, but it did happen. Other than the speed of service severely lacking, I didn't have many complaints about the location or...
Read moreA couple months ago this place was doing great. Now, not so much. Today I did a mobile order for a quesarito. When I got my order, I immediately noticed it wasn’t in the normal foil-paper they wrap it up with, and when I opened it, it didn’t look grilled at all. I took one bite and knew instantly it was not a quesarito. Whatever cheese was in there wasn’t even melted, and there was no noticeable nacho cheese. I pulled up to the drive thru and kindly said hey I got the wrong burrito and the guy was immediately so rude to me I was shocked. I’m always very nice about mix ups/mistakes as I’m in the service industry as well. This guy asked me what I got, and as I’m trying to explain he kept cutting me off and kept saying that’s a quesarito. I just tried explain why I didn’t believe it was (again, not being rude at all) and he continued to cut me off being super rude. He kept asking what do you want and while I’m trying to tell him I guess I just want it remade, he continues to cut me off! I couldn’t even talk. This was very frustrating especially since I was nice the whole time. I’ve never been treated so rudely for no reason like that. If I was being rude about it, sure, I could understand the way he treated me. But I was very nice so this was just shocking and ridiculous. Again, mistakes happen. But he made me feel so awful, I will not be...
Read moreI have only frequent this location twice. The first time we ate inside, store was so nasty. Dirty tables, trash full and soda area was so smelly/sticky. I thought okay, maybe it was a crazy busy day. So, I gave them a second chance and went there after work ordered triple layer nachos no red sauce (got nacho supremes), order nacho fries (they were barely warm) and a wild cherry pespi.. I get to the window to be informed they are out of wild cherry Pepsi, I say, just Pepsi is fine. I got handed colored carbonated water. I inform the manager working the drive thru, he gives a weak apology and offers something else. Since the other choices are not any I would choose, I just get a water. The manager asks (not just gives) would you like a refund for just the soda. I just laughed and was annoyed, said no. That's when I get my food and notice my nachos are wrong (after spending 15-20 in the drive thru) now I have to go back through. I get a poor excuse of an apology from the manager and offered nothing. . Not a credit, not a full refund. . Nothing. That was my second and last chance EVER to this location. I'll drive 15 minutes or more to a higher rated one when I get the craving. As long as I know it's not owned by the same franchisee or corporation; because if they let that location slip, hard telling how their other...
