In these times, every nice gesture deserves higher recognition and appreciation. I feel so pampered coming here now. There is a door greeter named Gavin that gave a great hello and a sincere smile, uses his phone device to keep track of the amount of customers coming & going. I'm so grateful that Giant is taking such great precautions for our safety and in such a non threatening, less evasive feeling way (than how some other stores have responded). People are so on edge right now, we need more relaxed essential workers like Gavin to help put our nerves at ease. I am also super pregnant and he offered when I came back out to have someone available to help me with my groceries to my car (since he couldn't leave his post), but I told him it was ok, I was just running in for a few things. This store was our favorite grocery store for more than 20 years. Not anymore. Something changed there. Maybe management. More and more often we cannot find needed products there. For example, last Sunday my wife and I came there to buy several items that were advertised as on sale items. None of them was available. After waiting for 5 minutes for a manager to show up I asked her about those items. She told me that they don't have them because they did not get them. However, when my wife and I drove to the Rockville Giant store we found and purchased all the products we were looking for there. These two stores just 3 miles away from each other. One store has everything, but another is missing many items. I think it happens because management does not want to do their job...

been going to this location since I was young. the staff have always been nice especially the ones that have been there for years. recently, this location rearranged a good amount of the aisles, which really confused me especially with my TBI right before the changes.
