Golden Land Food Mart — Local services in Des Moines

I just got home from this store and when I checked the receipt I found out I was charged with something not familiar to me. I called their phone number but it’s temporarily unavailable. Seriously, people??? That means I have to go back to your store next time to let you know that I was charged $12.99 and I don’t even have an item that I think costs that. I bought a bag og coffee for $10.99 and a Korean anchovies for &17.59 and a 25lbs of Rice $18.99. So I wonder is the nag of onion cost me $12.99??? We were excited to find a local Asian/African market with a wide selection of groceries. However, we were disappointed to see that none of the store-packed meat had any dates listed.

We had planned to purchase a container of chicken hearts, but without a packaging date, there was no way to judge the quality of the meat. The only reason for the store to hide this information is to continue selling old (and possibly unsafe) meat products.
