Triangle Tap — Restaurant in Des Moines

The bar itself is cool and the prices are really low (A Corona was $4, my Bacardi and Coke was $3.75, and our 3 lemon drops with limon were $12). The other customers were very friendly and played a mean game of pool. They introduced themselves almost as soon as we walked in. The biggest issue I had was that the bartender took forever to get to me and then never asked me if I wanted another round. She seemed to wrapped up in some personal issues (which as a bartender myself, I know that can come into work even when you don't want it too) but instead of doing rounds everyone once in a while to check on every one, she just talked to the regulars and dealt with that. But overall the pool table was really nice, the patio is fantastic and the drink are cheap. Not much more to ask...

We walked in as a party of five, with two bartenders on staff and only two customers in the whole place...Not only did we have to wait until the bartender was done washing dishes and talking with friends/the 2 customers, we then had to teach the male bartender how to make a simple Long Island iced tea. He then made two drinks and walked away from the rest of us. When I complained, he kicked us out. I sure hope they're paying them good money to wash dishes while customers wait! We'll...

Normally half way decent but on 1-7-23 at like 730 p.m. it Took 45 minutes for bartender to get me a drink. She went all the way to the people next to me, then she started back at the other end of the bar again. Then she was slinging drinks left and right but ignored me. My friend even asked her 3 or 4 times but she sure didn't do it...
