This place is ran like a use auto sales shop. They talk in circles and are untruthful. My experience has been horrible. They would say one thing during purchasing but later have excuses on why certain things were not filled. They do not go out of their to rectify any inconvenience that they cause. For example, I missed call from a sales rep notifying me that my ottoman was there. I returned the phone call and spoke to a salesperson regarding the missed call. I specifically asked is the ottoman there and she replied, âyesâ then I asked, âdid I have to set a schedule to pick up the ottomanâ then she replied âno, what dayâ? From her response I just knew that my ottoman is at the store for pickup (not at the warehouse) and that I didnât need to schedule an appointment to pick up the ottoman but to let them know when I am coming for just to let them know out of courtesy. Well, when I get there with a person who was willing to assist with pickup the manager/owner did not want to take accountability for their error and pulled up the phone transcript. When the manager/owner read transcript of the phone the transcript was that as the statement that was previously stated. Instead of the manager/owner apologizing and trying to see what they can do for the inconvenience he was so fixated on the salesperson saying, âwhat dayâ verses her saying that I didnât need to schedule a pickup up time , but asked what day. Instead of him apologizing and saying they screwed up and they will deliver my ottoman for my inconvenience he then said that I can come back on Wednesday which is told to pickup ottoman after I have to them that I had to get some to pick up the ottoman for me . The type of money that I spent in there just to be treated like an incompetent individual is the reason why I tend not shop at moms and pops furniture but I was desperate. The manager/owner was showing the same behavior that these gas stations clerk has.    Read moreZak was my salesmen & he was very helpful with getting me a great deal.. the whole process was quite easy and quick. The store owner and other salesmen were very helpful as well. They didnât pressure me into anything or hound me.. I also dealt with Mark who was very professional & down to earth.. they all treated me like family.. I normally donât leave reviews but was quite satisfied with their customer service and professionalism.. I had a last minute change to my order & had to deal with Meia,(not sure if Iâm spelling that right). But she became frustrated with redoing the order because it was time consuming and very difficult due to her having to do it manually.. Her attitude wasnât the greatest after that but I can understand why in a sense, but itâs all part of the job.. I think she can be a little more personable and not so closed off.. Mark actually called me personally and apologized for her behavior, I accepted it but as I told him I can understand her frustrations as well but I also appreciated him for even taking the time out to do so.. But we all laughed and she wasnât that bad. Now the delivery was quick and easy!! Even the delivery men were great! They were also professional and respectable!!    Read moreI've used this company twice in the span of about 10 years. They're cool. This last experience however one of their delivery men was absolutely awful. He had the most horrible attitude from the time he stepped out of the truck, walked up to my door and didn't speak or say anything..just stood there and looked at me like he wanted me to move out of the way. He broke my ring camera holder off the door and never said a word to me about it. I didn't find out until the next night when I went to grab it for recharging. They dropped a sticker on my entryway floor left it, kept stepping over it, now I have to scrape to get it up. He had to take my front door off to try and get the couch in, and tore the foam to shreds. Granted it's on the inside of the door but STILL. I get people have bad days sometimes but this was absolutely unacceptable. I did tell the company and they apologized, then told me "next time make sure I notate it on their ipad"...to that I say I didn't know the mount was broken until the next evening. How about your staff be considerate with people's things, and honest when they make a mistake and break something. đ Don't play with my hard earned money...
