Budget Appliances and mattresses — Local services in Detroit

Look at some of the replies from Mark toward paying customers who left an honest review about how the poor customer service and lack of care or professionalism. There are so many other appliance stores, I'm not sure why anyone would shop here when it's a gamble if you are going to receive decent goods or not. We know the products are used and apparently on their last leg, but because customers are more price conservative doesn't mean they should be treated less than, disregarded.

Certain people don't make good businessmen, just liars and cons. And that's what Mark presents- someone who makes excuses, doesn't prioritize the customers, and only thinks about the money. Once you pay, you will be ignored, lied to and left out in the cold to repair things on your own.

So when you shop here, have a few more hundred to the side to call another company for repairs, because you WILL have issues and Mark will NOT address them. He's already spent your money and...

Mark is so nice and kind and will promise you will be taken care of until you get your appliances. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! He lied to me several times after I told him the fridge went out and has not made any attempts to make the situation right.

I've done business with Mark multiple times for various properties going back to 2021 and suddenly he's a liar, a thief and will NOT replace or repair. If you think business is good with him now just wait. His mask will slip and he will continue to promise to show up, he will tell you he's going to personally come out. But it's all lies. I'm now left with no choice but to head up to small claims court and SUE MARK HASSAN AND HUSSEIN HAZIME for selling a faulty fridge and stove and refusing to address it. But this is clearly how they run their business, I will never recommend any other of my investors or clients and if you were smart you'd go anywhere else where they actually appreciate...

First I was gave the run around about my delivery had to wait 3 days after spending over $1,000 with them, 2nd the delivery drivers were too lazy to finish the job so I had to bring my dryer in myself, 3rd nobody told me the dryer had a foreign plug on it so I buy the $50 converter on Amazon & THE DRYER DOES NOT WORK! 4th I was told to switch the plug on the dryer from the old one ….. and as an “apology” I was sent a dusty old microwave (my current microwave is better) I’m livid and I’ve been told no refunds several times if this doesn’t SCREAM scam idk what does honestly…. There is one guy up there who answered the phone who was pleasant and did everything he could to help but the owner avoids me at all cost!

Update still no dryer or refund THIS...
