GBN auto detail and wash LLC — Local services in Detroit

I honestly hate to do this considering that this is a black business, but I was scheduled at 9 AM to drop off my car for a Full Car detail. He wasn’t done until about 4:30 and honestly, I feel like a big part of that was because of time management. I don’t feel like he spent the entire time doing my car. It was a rushed job when I came to get my car. I literally had to stand outside for an additional 20 minutes to clean out dirt from my cupholders on the side of my door and everything for $175. It should have been spotless. I was trying to support black business literally a Caucasian shop in Warren was only charged $25 more which I would have rather spent saving time and also getting the job done correctly my . Also, he said my overhead wasn’t included, which he said the full car inside and out the day prior. I’m just honestly shocked considering I had to clean up cupholders and everything he didn’t offer me any type of discount …I no longer have time to Waste to sit there and stand there while he finishes so I helped of course I just wish he would’ve been more considerate and gave me some type of discount taking the full $175 and not giving no type of discount was insane, but I kind of expected it he was nice and friendly, but time management was awful, and I feel like he didn’t respect it. Very professional took there time and did an excellent job. Went over exactly what's covered in a detailed wash and what wasn't. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.
