First off we were told by the representative that we would have service near our home which turned out to be untrue and we had no service at all. We ended up bringing our phones back to Victra same day due to the complete lack of service. We knew that we were not going to receive all of the money back that we had originally spent (restock fees and such) when returning our phones but it seems that we were refunded much less than we should have been (originally spent almost $400 and was refunded only $104) and the representative kept our receipt so we are unable to verify. We ended up rushing to AT&T and had a much better experience and the service works where we live. To top it all off we received a bill from Verizon for service for approximately $90 and we had our phones and service for less...
Read moreI was sent here by Verizon to get my new device. Upon arrival, there was a UPS missed delivery note on the door. I watched an armored money truck come to the store expecting it to be open. Calling customer service lead to about 6 hours on the phone, and my wife having to go all the way to grand forks to resolve the issue. Highly unimpressed with the whole experience. The "customer care manager" had me going on a wild goose chase claiming, "Just go here. I have explained everything." When I ask, they have no clue what is going on. This company really needs to get ahold of its employees and straighten them out....

When I arrived at the store, Cheryl explained the deal, and went right to work with my upgrade. She was super knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and efficient. While helping me, she continued to help two other customers as well. BEST multi-tasker EVER in this crazy, busy store!
