Let me start off by saying Iâve been looking for a 2021 Chevy Silverado Custom Trail Boss for about 3 months. I reached out to several dealers and spoke to many many sales consultants from San Antonio to Austin. It was until Brian Robinson reached out to me 2 weeks prior to my purchase about a specific model I was looking for, he kept in touch me and was updating me through text on when he might be getting some in. All of the other sales consultants I dealt with did not and would only notify me on different models I was not interested in, it was Brianâs dedication and willingness to find the model I was looking for and that was the reason why I chose to go with Brown Chevrolet. Iâve bought several cars and trucks in the past and never have I felt this important as a Customer when buying a vehicle. Brian went above and beyond to meet my needs as a car buyer, from when I worked with him over the phone all the way till I was ready to sign the papers. He was transparent from the very beginning and I honestly believe he was out to find the best deal for me. Brian shared with me the incentives that were included, which I had no idea about, to help save me money, he did not pressure me into anything I didnât want but provided enough information to give me options. If someone asked me what a car buying experience should be like, this is what I would share with them from beginning to end! In a time when dealerships are battling online dealers like carvana, vroom and others I will tell you that service like what Brian provided me, you canât get that service from those companies. The assurance, the trust, the feeling you get when you know youâre being taken care of is the reason why I will never choose the options like carvana and others alike. Now if all dealers can replicate what Brian did or how he services his Customers, then maybe they might go out of business. We need more trustworthy and transparent sales consultants like Brian, and because of this I will definitely recommend Brown Chevrolet for anyone buying a car and for my wife when we are ready to trade it (hopefully soon). I dropped my truck off over four months ago, and throughout that time, the only updates I got were the ones I had to chase down myself. I had to call multiple times, and most of the time, it took my insurance company getting involved just to get any answers.
Hereâs a rundown of what happened:
They ordered the wrong part.
Then they installed a part incorrectly.
The mechanic was fired.
They didnât like how it looked and sent it to paint.
Then they claimed they didn't know where the truck was.
Later, they told my wife it was back in paintâagain.
I was told the manager was fired.
The new manager had no idea what was going on.
Finally, they said the truck was ready.
By the time I got it back, there was no one left to hold accountableâeveryone who had been part of the problem had either quit or been fired. And still, no one could give me a straight answer or take responsibility.
I was stuck paying for a rental car for over four months, and the only compensation I got was a small discount on my deductible. Thatâs not acceptable.
If this dealership wants to make things right, they should refund our entire deductible. That would be a start. Otherwise, there's nothing else they can do, because it's clear they are not qualified to be running this shop.
People deserve to be warnedâthis was a terrible experience, and we were not treated fairly. I will continue to share this until it's acknowledged.
UPDATE: About a week ago I was contacted by the new Manager of this shop in an effort to make this right...I appreciated his apology and his offer to refund our deductible... All I was after was someone to take responsibility just like I would in the same situation...so I do appreciate them reaching out to me to help...

My husband and I have called multiple dealership, visited multiple locations and it has been a nightmare. From issues such as, no vehicles in stock, in transit, to used vehicles being over priced. I am not sure if I got lucky or what, I happen to call Brown Chevrolet and spoke to Bob Connell in regards to a specific vehicle. Bob was able to find the exact vehicle I wanted that was in transit to them. He worked quickly and efficiently to ensure I got that vehicle. Throughout the time of me waiting for the vehicle to actually arrive at their location, he was very attentive to all and any of my questions. When the day came that the vehicle arrived, everything went pretty fast and good for the most part. The team was helpful, there was miscommunication from the team and I but at the end of the day, they were able to make it right and it made me very satisfied. Max Fancher & Brett Hooper ensured that I was a happy customer to the front desk receptionist, Pam who periodically checked on my two kids in the playroom while I purchased the vehicle. They are very fair on the prices , go above and beyond to ensure it's a smooth transaction and customer satisfaction.
