I use the app when i order and everytime it takes so long to get my food. Like tonight it took them 25min after my pick up time to bring me my food my milkshake was completely melted, they did remake it, my food was cold when i got home the meat in the burger and the chicken in the wrap tasted old the chili cheese dog ice cold was so salty i couldn't eat it. And when I got to Sonic I was the sixth car and there was no drive-thru line other people got their food before I did they got there after I did at least they remembered the cheese on our Burger this time. And this is not a one time event they don't prioritize mobile orders the food is never ready when you get there you have to wait forever to get your food I don't remember the last time I had hot food from there their quality is horrible and it's like they don't take any pride in their work or move with a sense of urgency and sometimes there's fries or tater tots or so greasy that it's clear that that they have re-fried them to heat them back up at least one or two times instead of wasting them because they're old and cold. If I had to wait 20 minutes to get hot fresh food that was made to order even though it should never take that long when it's not busy I wouldn't care about waiting but to wait that long and have ice cold food some of it was inedible...
Read moreI was having a rough day today. I had just gotten back from the vet, I’m pregnant and I was really hungry. I had parked at the very first order booth when you drive in and someone had come up to me and told me it didn’t work but I had just received a call from my doctor so I sat there for a while a on the phone. When I moved to go to another booth one of the employees came out to tell me that that booth didn’t work either, that they had noticed I was sitting there for a while, and offered me a free meal. I told her it was fine that I would pay and she kindly declined. The food came out hot and perfect. I felt bad because I had no cash on me to leave a tip, so I figured I would leave a good review to try and make up for it. I wish I would have gotten that employee’s name as she was very sweet. Read moreI ordered some chili cheese fries a slush and a route 44 barqs root beer. The chili cheese fries were horrible. The fries were stale and old. Some of them were so hard you couldn't even bite through them. The root beer seemed like it was missing flavor. I called and spoke to an employee to make them aware and they told me to go another day and reorder the chili cheese fries and give the employees name to recieve another order free of charge and they told me they had just changed the syrup so there shouldn't be anything wrong with the drink . If they had just changed the syrup maybe they didn't bleed it through before serving my drink.... I don't know. For whatever reason the root beer did not taste the way it was supposed to.
