I have a 2011 Mac Pro tower that suddenly stopped working after 10 years of faithful service. I thought it was a goner and was preparing for the reality that I’d have to spend thousands on a new Mac. I Googled Mac repair and found Chris. He was located conveniently close to me and had great reviews. I decided to give him a call and boy am I glad I did! He diagnosed my Mac as having a faulty video card, which was an easy fix (WHEW!). He initially quoted me a VERY reasonable price to get a replacement video card + installation, so of course I agreed. A few hours later, he called me back and said that he might be able to actually repair my faulty card and that going with that option would cost me even less! So it was yes, all the way. The next day he called me saying that he noticed my computer was quite slow (it was) and recommended an upgrade to a SSD hard drive to improve performance speed. I was hesitant at first because my computer is very old and I was pretty satisfied with how it was running before it stopped working. However the price he quoted me for the hard drive upgrade was very reasonable so I decided, “why not”? I didn’t think it would get much better, but I’m glad to report that I was wrong. Taking his advice turned out to be a great decision! My computer performs like a dream now and will be of service to me for hopefully many more years to come. Chris not only fixed my initial problem, he breathed new life into my old tech and I could not be happier. Great service at super reasonable rates. I highly recommend him for your computer...
Read moreThis shop truly redefined my understanding of the word “repair.” The staff were incredibly professional—from the very moment I stepped in, I could feel an indescribable confidence and calmness radiating from them. When they looked at my computer, it was as if a doctor were gazing upon a patient on the verge of its final breath, eyes filled with a deep understanding of fate.
The inspection was meticulous, their every movement so smooth that I felt reassured—almost convinced my computer would soon be reborn. And indeed, it was—just not in the way I expected. The result exceeded all imagination: my computer became truly “renewed,” forever free from freezing, crashing, overheating, or lagging—because it would never turn on again.
I have to admire their efficiency and decisiveness. The transition from repair to retirement was swift and seamless, without the slightest hesitation. Others repair computers to prolong their life; they repair them to end their suffering. In a way, that’s far more compassionate—and far more final.
So if you’re tired of endless repairs and constant frustration, if you wish your computer eternal peace, then this is undoubtedly the finest computer retirement center in the world—top-tier skills, astonishing speed, and guaranteed results. From repair to farewell, all in a...
Read moreAfter my computer was “damaged” by him, he claimed that it had “aged” in just one day—and he even performed an inspection right in front of me. Shockingly, he was guessing which software he wanted to use. The owner is an arrogant, overconfident man who claims 20 years of experience, yet even a 10-year-old could learn more—or at least just as much—by watching a couple of online tutorials.
To make matters worse, his communication skills are terrible; it’s nearly impossible to understand him. And of course, he charges for inspections. Even when a problem is obvious, they insist on checking it. It’s like telling him your case is broken, and he responds: “Please pay first—I need to check if your case is broken.”
I seriously do not recommend taking your computer here. If you need, you can even contact me for basic, common-sense guidance—for free, unlike this greedy shop. This place is basically a scam. They don’t care about you or your computer; the only thing they care about is your inspection fee. It’s like one of those scam schemes where they disguise a payment as a “donation” instead of a real transaction. Even if authorities investigate, he can just claim it’s “inspection” and not real repair.
My honest advice: don’t get scammed. Find a reliable...
