Newly opened inside H-mart, I saw that they had a jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk combo ($25) which is black bean noodles with ground pork and chopped onions in a fried, salty fermented soybean paste with wheat noodles. Tangsuyuk is crispy sliced deep fried pork with a thick, sweet sauce on the side with cucumbers, pineapples, and onions in it. They served a pork version which was crispy with a not too thick batter.
