If there’s a choice of a no star. I will like to rate nothing. The officers in Diamond Bar are useless, rude, inpatient and unprofessional. Due to their unprofessional and lazy work, my permit was taking more longer time than usual. And the officers were very rude and didn’t accept their mistake. I don’t like the way how they speak and how they work. Everytime I went there, I only saw they were chatting and playing, pretending. The permit technician Ana was very unprofessional. Our neighborhood had few problems. Our HOA said will take care of them and report to ICE ...etc. As usual never work. I reported to city, the code enforce officer Mr. Rodriguez came. I don't know exactly what he did. The problem renter moved away in a few months. I was so surprised. Nice job...
