I recently visited Crumbl Cookie in Diamond Bar and while their selection was somewhat limited, the flavors we tried were absolutely delightful. We opted for the 4-Pack featuring Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk, Strawberry Crumb Cake, Original, and Chocolate Cake cookies. Each one was a delectable treat, bursting with flavor. However, what truly stood out was the personalized touch they added to our visit. The baker kindly gifted my nephew a baking hat, allowing him to be a part of the cookie-making experience. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our overall visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend Crumbl Cookie for their delicious treats and exceptional customer engagement.

Usually I try to contact management before a post a negative review, I attempted to contact her twice at another location. It’s been 3 weeks no call back. So since I cannot communicate my dissatisfaction to the owner personally I will do it on this forum. We went in to get a special treat for My husband that has not been able to have many outings, so we decide to order at the register the young lady had a HORRIBLE attitude made my husband feel very uncomfortable for asking questions about the cookies on the menu, so we figured it out and ordered. We paid the lady and before leaving I asked her name which she asked? Do you have a problem? I quite frankly wanted to be very explicit but decided to ask for the manager and the manager on Site could care less and they refused to give names. I have a bad sweet tooth so it's good they only offer my favorite 🍪 every other week.. so cuz cookie plug is having a mid life crisis or just doesn't come to my area I finally tried crumbl a few months ago. I've tried a few flavors ..the peach cobbler was good but overall I just like the milk chocolate chip ones . They are so amazing I can't describe it. They cookie part has like this prefect mix of butter& sugar but not artificially sweet. The chocolate chips are sooo creamy rich milk cholate that I know many prefer semi sweet but I like the milk kind. The cookies taste the best warm. I can't eat these too much now cuz I'm trying to lose weight ..but sweets are my weakness especially...
