I'm just a little pissed and slightly disturbed is all. So, I ordered some parts earlier online to pick up in store and since the transaction was on my account with my name, I called the store to ask if it was okay if my boyfriend picks up the parts because for places like Auto Zone and I've done this in the past for other Advanced Auto locations, you typically have to set a designated pick up person and rightfully so because I don't want someone that I don't know walking in and picking up parts that I paid for without my knowledge (low probability, but still!). Anyways, when I called, a girl answered the phone and when I asked her if it was okay if my boyfriend picked up the parts instead of me she straight up LAUGHED and said "I don't care who picks up your parts."
..................... okay.
Um. First of all. Unprofessional. Some people may not have taken issue with this, but I did. I thought it was rude, unprofessional and honestly it's concerning to me because again, if someone knew I had ordered parts, what's stopping them from picking them up since it apparently doesn't matter and they "don't care".

Read moreCustom service was awful at this store on 9/14/18. My husband is customizing a mustang and usually gets the parts from this store. Will not go back. Check engine light went on in our car so we stoped and asked if they could put the computer testing tool on our car to see if it could maybe tell us what the problem might be . The guy behind the desk said,"I have things to do right now i will be out in a few minutes" After about 45 minutes, and he still did not come to help, we left. Employee stood out front of the store, smoking and on his cell phone. Twice while we were waiting . Later found out that the person that we initially spoke to was a manager.
