Los 3 Burritos — Restaurant in Diamond

I tried calling you guys around 8:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. to ask a question about one of the burritos on your menu and thought about placing an order, but got disconnected. I tried calling back several times & did reach somebody once about an hour later, but the connectivity was still terrible and no one was able to hear each other and we got disconnected again. There's Definitely Room for Improvement when it comes to their phone connectivity! How can any customers place orders over the phone if their phone service keeps cutting in and out!? Very disappointed.. 😒

UPDATE: I made them aware of their phone connection issues and they said that they were having problems with their phones & will be on correcting the issue. I took a trip to the restaurant and bought a couple big burritos from them & they were delicious! In person customer service is really good. The inside of the restaurant is very nice with really neat amenities, including a few ATMs and some Poker machines in the back! They have certainly come along in the past couple of years! Very nice restaurant...

Me and my family had food from here last night and we thought it would be good if we trying again but it was bad. We ordered 2 dozen of tamales but when we recounted who is going to eat what we decided to only get one. We call them back and they took forever to answer, not understanding what we are asking, and told us that because they started the order they couldn’t take it off of the order. I had to explain to them what I wanted off the order and it got token off. I had asked for 4 steak tacos with only lettuce and cheese and they put tomato’s on all 4 of them. We ordered tamales with chicken and green salsa and all 12 of them were falling apart. My father got 2 giant steak burrito and he only could eat one because it made him sick. I also ate only 2 tacos and it made me sick. Me and my father are the only ones that ate the steak and we still feel horrible the next day. From when we first had there food it was really good but over the years it has been getting...

Went here tonight with the misses and the food was really good. We had our order taken right away and got our food pretty fast. Considering the drive thru had 5 cars in it. That’s why went in to order. Anyway food was very good as always. I got a pastor burrito and added onion and cilantro, fiancé got a steak enchilada and we got a side of carrots and peppers. My burrito was fantastic but it was lacking a bit. Wasn’t as fat and stuffed full as usual. Still very good. Loaded it up with hot sauce too. The ol ladies dinner was good as well she said. Hers was jammed packed with steak. She said was better than most typical Mexican joints and a lot cheaper. Well worth the money. The carrots and peppers is always awesome and i wish they sold it in cup sizes. One of my favorite things to snack on. Their red(hot) and green(mild) sauce are very good just wish hot was hotter. All in all was worth the miney and we will go back again for a quick grab...
