So far my experience with this company hasnāt been good. I live in an apartment and Iāve been having an issue with my refrigerator for nearly a month now. I put in a maintenance request through my property manager on December 14th or so and they passed it on to Fleckās. They kept promising to call, promising to call, promising to call⦠and of course never did. In fact I didnāt hear anything from them until I decided to call them directly and finally they promised to come by today and take a look at it. I get home, open my fridge and still the same problem. And there was no indication that anyone came by at all from Fleckās. This is ridiculous and frankly it doesnāt speak well of Fleckās customer service or their ability to handle issues in an expeditious manner! EDIT (01/10/2022): After weeks of going back and forth between my property managerās office and the front desk at Fleckās, I was finally contacted by Terry earlier today, who told me that heād be able to get it done either tonight or Wednesday. By the time I got home from work, I noticed that the light was working so he mustāve gotten to it shortly after we spoke on the phone. While I still stand by what I said in my original review, I do want to acknowledge Terry and his quick and professional response in dealing with this matter!...

So we have had this NEW machine for over a month and it has been in disrepair longer that it has been working Called January 7th to check on parts and getting on repair list said parts are ordered call today January 11th checking again got the run around about the supplier is slow etc etc... So I'm wondering WHY I bought this product from flecks the service right i could have gotten this poor service from Menards or Lowes. Telling me today part may not be in until the 27 or 28 Can I please have my money back and purchase a new machine that's all i'm asking Starting the fourth week with no washing machine and no prospects of it getting repaired for another 10 days wow nice costumer service The kicker to this story is that in2018 we purchased a washing machine from Flecks 2 years later it broke down the repaired are equal to a new machine, so we purchased anew machine the in 12 days this machine breaks and 27 days later got anew machine thatās 2 washing machine in 24 months so...

We heard nothing and my wife called them yesterday and we were told "Oh they'll look at it on Monday." So it has just been sitting there. This company is terrible and I will never buy an appliance from them.
For the last two months I've been having dishwasher issues. A repairman came by, looked at it, and said they'd order parts and be here the next week. Two weeks later I call them as no one has been to my home and found out they hadn't even ordered the part. A week after that, the repairman comes back and puts the part in but discovers another, separate part that needs to be replaced. They order that one and it gets here the next week but it's broken so they tell me they'll be here today with the part to fix it. Appointment time comes, nothing. I call, no part in. God I wish there was any other dishwasher repair company in this town. I've had other issues with this dishwasher but as it came with the house I bought I have no idea how old it is or where it came from. Worst part is I have no clue how much this "work" is going to cost me. I'm going to figure out my own repairs from now on, this...
