(Nothing is smoke free furniture)at furniture city Smoking is allowed in the storage/ warehouse were new furniture is held. The staff is friendly, But unfortunately seems to say things about the customers. I purchased a bed and box spring from them. But i received a used bed that was off the show floor(a new bed should not have a used opened bag on it). When i asked the Delivery drivers about it they specified it was not from show floor. I went into furniture city talk to the manager who asked me if i would like to switch out the (USED) show floor bed for a new one. I asked him why i was lied to by the delivery drivers, He did not have a response. I took my business elsewhere. Furniture city is amazing! They sell right off their floor so what they have in inventory is available to you right then and there no waiting 6 to 8 months like some of the others.They’re having a great sale at the moment but on top of that they gave me an amazing discount on my sofa and loveseat. And they gave me free delivery and took my old furniture with them at no additional cost.Some of the other places will not take your old furniture or bring them all the way into the home. I had looked at multiple furniture stores in town and this one was the best! No hovering, pushy sales people trying to talk you into a $5000 couch for your toddler to destroy. I knew I was looking for a unique living room set that didn’t look like a dark, gloomy bachelor pad- and they delivered!
