I stop often, rushed ti get to your location by 9pm as your sign and website says later. Website says 11. Sign on door says 10pm (posted below I got thee t 855 was told have 5 I asked hours they said only Friday and Saturday they are open till 10) please update sign and website so others don't make a wasted trips as I did. Was trying to get my mom salt and pepper shaker that I saw prior trip.

I have been passing South of the Border for years and was finally able to stop. We went up in the Sombrero tower, played some video games, and went to the big shop. It is fading, but it's still a fun stop. Many things are closed, but I think it still has fun to offer. I hope it continues to get worked on and updated and doesn't die out. It has been an icon off 95 for so long.

As soon as I came upon this store, the GPS said "Welcome to South Carolina". I was excited to see what the South of the Boarder had in store. Me and hubby went into the gift shop which was pretty big and had many gift items. As a collector of souvenirs, I was able to purchase many gift items for family and friends. I will visit again.
