Very disappointed! We wanted some thin cut pork chops. Their "thin" chops were 3/4 in. thick. The guy behind the counter welding the cleave told me "it is technically impossible to cut a chop less than 3/4 in. I'm wondering how Prime Cut Meats and John & Wayne's plus every grocery store in town manages to provide thin cut pork chops. I had thought this was a high end custom meat shop, but I was wrong.
