Absolute all-time favorite place to go for a pick me up in the morning. I have a favorite barista that always goes above and beyond to make my drink taste absolutely phenomenal. My only concern is the management. Between rumors and Public gossip it appears that the Manager seems to have a preference for minors. After overhearing in Walmart one day that the newly promoted assistant store manager is freshly 18, has little to no service experience, is extremely racist, and has no real idea on what she's doing, I decided to swing in and see for myself. My findings just observing management were interesting to say the least. For a freshly 18-year-old female, she sure spends a lot of time in her male manager's office alone with him. Makes you wonder why she really got that promotion when there's at least three other employees who have been there longer, have way more experience, and have the necessary customer service skills to be a successful assistant manager. I think a deep dive into what's actually going on in management is necessary. But once again that does not reflect on the quality of product that is produced by this...

I brought the husband and the kids to the coffee house today so they could see how delicious it is and boy oh boy did they get VIP treatment!

My kids walked in before us, and with a form of payment the barista could not accept and so to resolve the issue so the boys didn’t have to walk out without their treat SHE PAID FOR THEIR DRINKS. How amazing is this incredible young lady?! I walked in and my oldest was so happy and kinda sad at the same time, and told me about the situation, and as a mom I was just so grateful. Not that many people have patience for kids these days but this young lady went out of her way to show these kiddos that kindness will always win.

I go here far too often because I think they make some of the best coffee in town - the hot coffee is rich, the cold coffee is too drinkable in that I finish a large in one massive brain-freeze chug and only want more! They also offer coconut flavoring for their coffee, which is a huge selling point for me. Of all the coffee places since I moved up here, I've definitely visited this place the most. I also know that their muffins, very delicious, come from a local butcher and deli that is almost literally next door to them. Love local places selling stuff from other local places.
