West Main Pizza Rail District — Restaurant in Dilworth

Okay so the food is really good. We ordered from one of the delivery apps, for the first time. Had a pizza, which they forgot to put the peppers on. As well as bone in chicken wings. Pretty good wings. We had also ordered fries and coleslaw. Unfortunately no idea if either we're actually any good. First they forgot to send either one of them. Then the truly great delivery driver was nice enough to go back ( since it is only a few blocks from my home). He returned without either one again, because West Main Pizza claimed that the fries were in with the wings, like under them They Were Not. Then claimed either the coleslaw was in order or that it wasn't ordered. When we called they said all they have is coleslaw sauce no coleslaw. As far as the French fries, they said they had french dressing on the receipt, not French fries. Basically even the guy in the phone said not sure why it is written the way it is but yes it can be confusing. So maybe it's time they fix and correct their menu. So people get what they are trying to order. So the pizza was missing the banana peppers, and we got 6 bone in chicken wings with a cup of ranch a packet of French dressing, and a cup of what smells like maybe horseradish sauce. (Gross on every level). Plus a kind of high price for a stupid little packet of French dressing, without any salad...

First time patron of new pizza shoppe in the new Rail District area of Dilworth, Minnesota. The original West Main Pizza is located in Ada, Minnesota. Visiting some friends on Dilworth and they suggested we try it. Large variety of 🍕 as well as other bar type foods. Also a fun and delicious 😋 variety of desserts including a lemon 🍋 icello cake. And a cinnamon crisp that was so inviting that it was basically gone before I could obtain a picture. The Pizza we tried was the taco. We had it custom made with half being chicken as the protein and ground beef on the other. Covered with taco salad toppings and drizzled with salsa it was a delight to share with our dining party. To top off our meal , we could have ordered ice cream from their freezer but we were sufficiently satiated from the pizza and desserts we had already consumed. There are several arcade type games toward rhe front of the establishment which makes this place very accommodating for children and families. We did not order any adult beverages but I saw these were available as well. And did I mention the free popcorn 🍿 available? Overall, a good place to visit more than once. Friendly young staffing. Appeared to be mostly high school age youths being provided work...

This was our first time here and it was an awful experience. My taco salad was mediocre and it was brought out to me before my husbands food. I ate it and by the time I was done we were still waiting for the rest of our order. We received two of our apps while we waited and they were also mediocre. Turns out that one of our apps was made wrong and they had to redo it and the only reason we knew was because we asked what the hold up was. A courtesy to let us know would’ve been much appreciated. We waited so long that we got up and asked for our food to be packed up so we could just take it to go. Wait was awful and food was not worth it nor the price for it. We were so excited to try this place since we live in Dilworth but now we’re disappointed. We don’t return to places once we dislike so much of their first time service. Hopefully this place improves and word of advise, it would be nice if the staff were to alert the patrons to how long the wait can...
