Im posting this a few weeks later, cause I needed time to cool off...

This was my second visit to a dispensery and I am no expert but the 2 experiences were black and white. The budtenders at Rocky mnt are all super nice, so that was a plus, (and so was the onsite ATM). Since I had never been to this location and the website was a bit confusing, I didnt know what I was wanting as far as brands, so I felt some anxiety going in to the store.

I basically knew what I needed as far as products go, but you didnt have what I was looking for, so, after speaking with the guy helping me, I felt like I was making compromises in a vape shop and I didnt feel like I was getting much help as far as getting educated about the products and prices for my medical needs.

After all was said and done a few of the compromises/trial choices, I made did work out. the flower was amazing! And the elixer I got, although the taste of sour tart cherries 🍒 is gross 😝, 1000mg cbd for $75 is a good thing! And I needed a pain salve 50/50 thc cbd i wanted 100 mg or higher but you only have 50mg. The willie Nelson indica cartridge I bought was totally worth it! So returing for those products will happen. I also purchased a high potency cartridge unknowingly, that made me very sick! And another cartridge that doesn't work very well and tastes like ... Soap.

After I left, I was so overwhelmed. I sat in the parking lot and cried!

You asked what you can do to improve, I'm used to a medical dispensery, this experience was more directed for recreational use. So my suggestion is to have medicinal directed questions and knowledge to help consumers learn the products you sell and what would be best for their recreational and medical needs! I made choices that were not best suited for my medical needs, because I was not given enough education on...

I drove 3 hours, I asked for the best, most expensive Indica hoping to treat myself and they made this guy an unhappy camper...I paid top dollar for their highest grade and got leafy, tiny buds mixed with bottom of the bag buds. 190 for a little over a half ounce. The weed itself was ok...but definitely not worthy of the "high grade" price...same outcome between 2 strains...it dried quickly, created even more shake at the bottom, and I even had stems...I did NOT get my money's worth and feel rather disappointed from what is normally a pleasant experience when Alex is there to take care of me. I hope they come through for me and make up for it, otherwise I'm going to change dispensary's to one that values their higher paying clientele. I usually max out my OZ every trip.with no concerns...this is more of an invitation to do better rather than trash them. If they had just given me nicer buds I'd have no complaints. This was my first time going TOP TOP shelf (I usually go the grade right below at 245/zip and get better stuff) so basically paying more to get budget quality just tells me not to do that again...those orders should receive a little extra care and better choice on buds otherwise I have zero incentive to spend more...I hope this...

Its not what it once was! Back when they opened a few years ago this was my second favorite Dispensary after Buds! But more recently have gone in and that's time is passed quality has gone down inside of customer service and quality. Particularly in some of the long-term female employees they aren't as willing to help as they used to be and it seems like they don't let you see the product as much I like my buds to still be a little bit moist because the dryer buds hurt my lungs but I went through all of their mid-tier and low tier and literally only one was the only one that wasn't dried out. Now that I've been to dispensaries all over the United States I see that this one has gone downhill. I will definitely be shopping at other dispensaries inside the area from now on. If you are new to dispensaries and are used to Utah Bud this will be just fine prices are awesome not all of the workers there don't like their job and it's clean that's why I give it three stars also like the rewards what is a long-time smoker has been around it's just not for me!
