Just got our furniture today from here, let me start with we went just to look; the staff is so friendly and doesn't "push" you for the sale. They let you look around as you need to but they let you know they are always around for your questions. We had just recently gotten a sofa set from another place but did not like it at all but felt very pressured to get. The premier staff made us feel at home and like we could make our own decision. They were great with my 2 year old there with us and made him feel comfortable as well, even set him up with a place to plop down and a movie just for him =) we made the call that day to have our old furniture removed and this delivered today. I am absolutely in love with the comfortable and affordability of this set we got! It is exactly what we were looking for and the price is right. The delivery guys were so polite and did the job, while my 2 year old was in their way constantly and they never complained or acted like this was a problem. I have a small apartment and this whole transaction went amazing! I will for sure always come back to this establishment and send everyone I know here also! My husband and I just recently bought a dining room table and chairs, living room tables & a couch with a chaise at the end. Stephanie, the store manager was awesome. We went in to look at the table and chairs and end up coming out with more. I love being able to go into a place and look around. I have not been hounded by sales people trying to push their products in but to be there to answer your questions if needed. That is one thing that I hate is pushy sales people and you definitely don’t get that at Premier. That is one of the reasons why they will always get my business. The guys that deliver the furniture or great. They were extremely friendly and very kind. They were able to help me get the old furniture out under the carport and get the new furniture in. Everything went smoothly and everybody was extremely professional. We highly recommend this company. We definitely will purchase more items from them again...

I rented a living room set from here. First they made the payment on the Saturday before my pay day so I hadn’t paid it yet. Well Stephanie the owner will get her money whenever she pleases. She took an unauthorized payment out and froze my account! She said it was on auto payments but I never gave my security code or exp date. Very bad business practice with no customer relations skills. Won’t recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Stephanie has no customer service!! They told me my pay date would be when Stephanie got back from vacation. Well that didn’t happen!! My due date was still the week I didn’t get paid!! I always have the money in my account! But doesn’t mean money can be taken at any time!! My bank marked the payment as fraud!
