Staff was very friendly and helpful. Though, there were no options for girls my size on the rack we ordered one through them and it fit but needed MINOR alterations. When I got it back it no longer fit. Whoever they use to alter their dresses is not good at what they do at all. It didn’t even look like the same dress i ordered when i got it back. For the price I paid for alterations it should have been perfect. It’s almost like the seamstress took my measurements, threw them away, and ignored the pinning that the staff done on my dress. I was devastated. My prom is days away and my dress is still with a different seamstress that is trying to reverse the mess that their seamstress made. The bottom was suppose to be hemmed and instead the seamstress cut the middle and hemmed from there. I wanted to deep v top to be closed just a few inches and the seamstress completely overlapped the top. If you get a dress from here don’t let their person alter it. I’m not the only person who had a bad experience with their alterations, I have a friend that had her dress ruined as well and had to go to someone else. A $600 dress with $55 alterations and it was ruined. Now i have to pay more money to get it fixed. Again I’ll say my problem isn’t with the store or the staff, just the person they have...

Very limited dress selection; unless your a size 0-2 then you might have 5-6 dress options. Store very outdated & dirty for the prices of the dresses. Carpet was discussing!! Lighting poor!! The dresses along the wall that were on sale had beading falling off, broken zippers; honestly the dresses appeared used. Also Did not appreciate Staff member standing directly outside the dressing room door as if I was going to steal a huge prom dress. Staff member did not ask if we need assistance or offered advise in any way; just stood there!! Then another staff member helping another girl told me to move out of the way of the mirror that was on my dressing room door: which we would've like to use to look at my daughters dress. Hopefully staff was just having a bad day but Not the best experience...

After a horrible experience at another shop, we found this place and it was heaven sent! Bailey was so sweet and even sent pictures through Instagram to make sure it was the exact dress my daughter wanted for prom! Bailey was so patient and kind during the whole process in getting the dress ordered. We were able to pay over the phone and she had the dress shipped to my house! The dress came and was beautifully packaged and was just gorgeous! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! I very much appreciated all the help and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this dress to anyone who has dress needs!
