Rude salespeople I swear and full of it, went to buy a platform bed WHICH does NOT need a box spring just the mattress. Sales person was rude kept trying to sell me both mattress and box spring, ehen I asked she said if I insisted on buying just the mattress I would void any warranty. She did not want to accept the truth that I did not need nor want to store a useless box spring at my home just to be in my way. She even went do far as to act like it was a favor to sell me a piece I did not and could not use to keep thier warranty, she acted flabbergasted when I questioned why it was needed to keep a warranty; and stammered thru some excuse for it. 🧐 spoke with Randy over the phone about a purchase. Were told we had to come in to get our name on the list for the last available item. We walk in a few minutes after our call. Randy seemed nervous about the information relayed to us over the phone (by him). Was blabbering about us only being able to pick up the item at the store🤨. We ask if there's no delivery. He kept turning around to his associates for "support" or clarification. There is but it's $100 extra. We decided to walk out and find another business to purchase our item. I have a warranty on my furniture but customer service is poor. My chairs are falling apart and the lady do not know when the service man will come out to look at them. She act like she did not care about my family and this table set is cheap. I wish that I could return my furniture for a refund due to lack of customer service and the furniture being so cheap. I am truly disappointed about having to wait almost two weeks before someone come to look at my chairs. When I went to the store to talk about my complaint than one of the lady recommended me to go out to the store to fix mine chairs and that was bad customer service to me.
