I've enjoyed the growth that I've seen in my son and daughter as they've been in the program. They have gained confidence and respect. They are held accountable among their peers and that is a valuable trait that they'll need as they grow. The staff is caring and professional. The after school program was a no brainer for my family.

My kids had such and amazing experience I wanted to try it for myself. I joined the Fitness Kickboxing classes and it's be the best decision that I've made for myself. It's challenging and pushes me outside by comfort zone. Mr. Mark and Mr. Hammer are truly amazing instructors that are knowledgeable and passionate about total body fitness.

The classes are comprised of men and women of all skill levels. They offer modifications that fit your flexibility and skill level. I walked in and there are no strangers. My twin daughters.have attended since they were 4 years old, they have excelled tremendously and have increased confidence, discipline, coordination, balance and fighting skills. This is a must for youngsters. Knowing how to fight and knowing when to use these fighting skills and not use these skills when negotiation is an option is key. Best thing about this program is although you pay for two sessions per week, your child can come as many times as necessary at no extra charge. This is a blessing. Ms. Sam and Mr. Mark really care about the 360° development of these children and will even require them to provide report cards and reference letters before advancing to their next levels. My family and I are loving our experience with American Taekwon Do!!! They are outstanding with the children. My son is currently in the little ninjas class ages 3-5 and he loves it! Every routine is new and refreshing to watch, the staff is welcoming friendly family oriented and very patient with each child. I initially enrolled my child to help him with self control and discipline, and he is learning both along with focus, team work, balance,memory, fitness and coordination in a fun way.
