I visited Dr. Treadway and his staff for my initial evaluation for implants on September 6, 2023. Dr. Treadway and his Assistant said everything looked great and scheduled the oral surgery right away. When I arrived for my procedure, I was greeted by four Assistants. One Assistant began placing leads to monitor my heart as she calmly started my I/V and chatted with me while dancing to music over the intercom. The second Assistant entered the room and began taking notes and confirming my known allergies to medication’s. Then, a third Assistant appeared, and explained that she’d been placing a monitor on my neck to monitor my breathing. (I regret that I don’t know anyone’s name because they didn’t wear name tags. However, they moved together like a well choreographed dance that had been rehearsed a hundred times. I was in awe by the smooth cohesion and professionalism in the room.) When Dr. Treadway entered the room, he asked if I had any questions before giving me the medication that placed me in a peaceful sleep. When I awoke, Dr. Treadway asked again if I had any questions before leaving the room. I had no questions for the doctor, so his Assistants began their gentle routine of removing my heart monitor and I/V and placed me in a wheelchair to meet my caregiver for the ride home. Dr. Treadway and his staff treats patients with extra kindness and attention to detail. They keep the lines of communication open and the patient feels cared about. This was especially important to me as a veteran. Having served 35 years on active duty in the Marine Corps, I felt honored when my service to our country was recognized. I will definitely recommend Dr. Treadway and his staff to anyone seeking oral surgery; especially Veterans.

Read moreThe staff at checkin, nurses or assistants (whatever they are called in the dental field) were great, even the doctor was great. They had a calm and reassuring presence. I didn’t feel any pressure or stress speaking to them. They were excellent at explaining things to me. I couldn’t have asked for nicer people to help me. It was when the person that worked on the financial end came in that I didn’t like. Fortunately I did not let my experience with her prevent me from having my procedure. She seemed to rush through it as if she wasn’t invested in helping, she didn’t try to explain anything, she seemed to have an attitude when I asked questions as if I was inconveniencing her. I left the office in tears because she made it seem like they didn’t actually care about the patients just about the income. She barely had time for me and rushed right through everything to the point that I stopped asking questions to get away from her. She definitely needs some retraining in customer/patient care because (not that it probably matters) they almost lost my business because that was my last encounter. It’s difficult seeking out help. We don’t need to encounter that and be discouraged on that level when we do finally decide to take care of ourselves. The medical system is already...
Read moreI had all four of my wisdom teeth removed yesterday morning around 8am. I was insanely nervous about surgery because I had never been under anastesia before. All the fears about never waking up, having a panic attack, and having an alergic reaction all came to mind before going into this. They gave me a valume to take the night before and the morning of surgery, and it did wonders for my anxiety. They numbed my arm where the needle would go in, which was a great bonus. They made me feel so comfortable and safe the entire time. I remember laying back in the chair as they where talking and making jokes amongst themselves and then all of a sudden I’m waking up in the recovery room. All of my fears and anxiety was all for nothing, the process was so smooth and the doctor did a wonderful job on the surgery itself. I came home and slept for about 6 more hours and Im back to normal already. The recovery isnt rough at all. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back if I ever need anything done...
