First off, I have been on probation in the 90s, and I would never have posted anything like this back then! Due to some poor choices on my part, I wound up on probation again, but I can honestly say, it's nothing like the old probation. Officer Monica Woods is absolutely one of the best, most encouraging people I have ever met, in a law enforcement setting. Even after I crossed the line, and she had every right to put me in jail and move on to the next case, she immediately went to work with me on how to correct matters and get me back on the right track. We are quick to complain about unfair treatment, but when these officers go above and beyond, no one wants to talk about it. Read moreWe are very blessed and thankful to come across Officer Hoxie. He was great and a pleasure to talk to answering any questions and concerns I had pertaining to my family member trying to transfer probation to Georgia. I know I spoke with him on numerous occasions for a year trying to get information on what needed to happen. He was always available and very professional, respectful and knowledgeable providing information. Once the process was complete my family member was amazed at how Officer Hoxie and his team actually talk and treat you lile a human being and not just some felon because of your past. We need more officers like Officer Hoxie and his team because they are very supportive and that makes a difference having that support! He deserves an award for his outstanding selflessness and support and making a difference in peoples life. Your a great example to others. Thank you again...
Read moreFirst I would like to say, Lord I thank you. I would like to give the Great appreciation to Officer Hoxie, for not only being a great human being but knowing and having compassion for people. The Douglasville Probation Office has many outstanding Officers, but Hoxie stands in a legacy of his own. Being a professional who must communicate with people and being a professional where I have fought hard to make sure my life speaks volumes, Hoxie has always made sure and stood for what’s right regardless, of who says what and when. So I would like to thank K. Hoxie for Not only seeing A professional but seeing a father, a leader and person and not otherwise.. Thank you again you have done an amazing job in learning the process and I request anyone who meets Hoxie, will know his professionalism is one of a kind.
Thank you and...
