Update: The fabric shipped the day after I called them. I'm glad they shipped it but still have reservations about their reliability as an online vendor since it sounds as though they only have one part-time person who fills orders, which is not a good system and is not made clear on the website. I placed an Internet order a week ago and so far have not gotten an update. Their website says that orders ship in 1-5 business days; usually within a couple of days. I called this morning because I need the fabric and the young lady who answered said that the person who fills Internet orders wasn't in today and [the girl on the phone] was unable to tell me if the order had been filled. I asked when the Internet sales person would be in and was told "she doesn't really know when she's gonna work". Which is not a great answer for a business that wants to offer Internet sales. Read moreWow do not buy patterns from this place. Ordered a $8.50 pattern and it's $5.00 postage. Package arrived and mail man charges me $5.38 for postage. Checked post office and showed envelope. Claims sent zone mail and didn't put any postage on envelope. Put it on my postal scale and regular first class mail shows .68 cents. I paid $10.38 l to get an $8.50 pattern.
